Cancellation & Refund Policy

How can I cancel the order I just made?

Currently, we have two options for it.

1: Call at our customer service number with your order details.

2: Email us at support@fugazee.com with your order details.

 

When can I cancel my order?

If your product is not yet dispatched and you raise a cancellation request then your order cancellation will be dealt with our dispatch team. However, if you raise the request after the dispatch then it will be handled by our returns team after you receive the product.

Will I be charged a fee if I request for cancellation?

No, shopping should never be a stubborn experience. You would not be charged any money for cancellations.

How will I get my money back in case of a cancellation?

We give you two options in that.

1: As soon as you file for cancellation the amount will get credited back to your Fugazee Payback Account as Fugazee Credits which can be used for future purchases.

2: You can ask for a cash return which will be credited back to your account depending upon your mode of payment in the next 5-7 working days.

This does not apply for orders that were Cash on Delivery.

 

The points that I earn on every purchase will be deducted if I cancel my order?

Yes, the points earned will be automatically deducted.

 

NOTE: The return duration is 15 days.
