Need to return/Exchange – Few points to remember :  

The Exchange Product will be Delivered within 10-12 Working Days and the Refund will be processed within 10-12 working Days (From the Date of Pickup)

In case of online payment, Refund will be processed within 10-12 Working Days (From the Date of Pickup) through the Same mode as it was previously received. It might take 7-10 Working Days for the refund amount to reflect on your Bank/Credit Card Statement.

For Cash on delivery orders Refund will be processed to your bank account via Payout Links. After the returned products pass the inspection and quality check, we will send you a payout link. You open the link, verify yourself through OTP, and enter your preferred account details (bank account or UPI ID). Upon successful entry, you receive an almost instant refund. (Ensure you feed in the correct bank details, if the amount is transfer to an incorrect account we wont be accountable)

Returns/Exchange request need to be within 7 days of the delivery of product.

Refused Delivery Policy:
If a customer refuses to accept delivery of an order, the shipment will be returned to us by the courier partner. For prepaid orders, a return handling fee of ₹100 will be deducted from the refund amount to partially cover logistics and return shipping charges.For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refused deliveries may result in COD services being blocked for future orders and the phone number being flagged for RTO (Return to Origin) abuse.

Returns :
In case of a return request, a fee of ₹200 will be deducted and the remaining balance will be refunded to the original payment method.

Store Credit Refund:
Customers can choose Store Credit as the refund mode to receive a full refund amount with no deduction.

Exchange Policy: One free reverse pickup is provided per order for exchanges.Any additional pickup after the first will be charged ₹200 per Successful Pickup.

Exchange Converted to Return: If a customer raises an exchange request and later decides to return the exchanged product, the request will be treated as a return and will also be considered an additional pickup attempt.

Partial COD Orders:
For customers with a high RTO (Return to Origin) history, a partial COD amount is collected at the time of order placement.

If the order is refused at delivery, the partial COD amount is non-refundable.

All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.

For any special Deals/Offers/Sale the Refund & Exchange policy might not be applicable or may be changed. Please read Sale/Deal/Offer details carefully before placing your order as in some cases the refund and exchange services might not be available. For product value below ₹499, Only Exchange is Available (No Return/refund)

Kindly make sure you check the packaging before accepting any orders and make a clear video while unboxing for claiming any wrong shipments.

In case you receive a damaged/defective/wrong product, the company should be notified within 48 hours of Delivery. We might request you to share the snapshot/unboxing video of the damaged product at support@fugazee.com or Whatsapp 7408543777.

 Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above-mentioned conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.

Also Note Any Extra Charge paid for Urgent/Faster Delivery is non-Refundable

Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.

In case of orders where reverse pickup service is not available (Or Reverse Pickups are getting cancelled without attempts) customers can self-ship the items to FUGAZEE.COM. In this case, no deductions would apply and the customer shall get the full refund.This will be done post the quality check of all the received items.
