What is Fugazee's Shipping Policy?
For all the purchases we provide free shipping, For Cash on Delivery we Charge a sum of ₹150 as COD Charges.
Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices .
During special Promotions/Sale Period/Offers a flat ₹100-200 shipping charge may be applied to each order to partially cover increased logistics and handling costs due to the offer.

How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 2 working days post confirmation (COD Orders). Most orders are delivered within 7 to 10 working days. Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
Fugazee’s Cash on Delivery option allows you to place order value at the time of delivery for all orders between Rs. 299 and Rs. 2999. Your existing limits will be revised once, there is a delivery or order rejected against your account, from the new limit implementation logic, if required.To pay for any order using Cash on Delivery (COD) mode of payment, please select the 'Cash On Delivery' option on the payment page. Cash on Delivery option is available only in selected pin codes.However, the COD limit may differ from customer to customer depending upon the order rejection percentage from a user. For the avoidance of doubt, 'Order Rejection Percentage' shall mean any undelivered orders which are returned from the address provided by the customer even, after three successful delivery attempts. In event of COD limit breach, your order will be cancelled and you will have to place a new order using Pre-payment options.
Further, the COD limit for any user may get decreased to Rs. 2999, Rs.1500, Rs.0 basis on order rejection percentage and can be reset to the Rs.2999 basis on Order acceptance percentage and number of prepaid orders placed, post limit decrease.
Refused Delivery Policy:
If a customer refuses to accept delivery of an order, the shipment will be returned to us by the courier partner. For prepaid orders, a return handling fee of ₹100 will be deducted from the refund amount to partially cover logistics and return shipping charges.For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refused deliveries may result in COD services being blocked for future orders and the phone number being flagged for RTO (Return to Origin) abuse.
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person.
⚠️ Please accept the package only if it is properly sealed and delivered in Fugazee branded packaging. (We don't Ship in non branded packaging material) If the package appears tampered or damaged, kindly refuse delivery.
